THE NU DELTA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION INVITES YOU TO:
CELEBRATE '35 YEARS' OF BROTHERHOOD
AT FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY
The Nu Delta Chapter of the Chi Phi Fraternity has been at Florida State University for 35 years. To mark this occasion, the Nu Delta Alumni Association is putting on an anniversary celebration July 4th through July 7th. Here is what you can expect during the holiday weekend:
July 4th Noon until 6:00 PM Registration at the fraternity house
Check out the 'ole composites and scrapbooks. Find out who else is planning to be in town for the weekend. Sign the guest book and leave a phone number where other brothers coming into town can reach you. Dinner that night can be a great way to catch up one-on-one with guys that were active when you were.
July 5th 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Anniversary Golf Tournament
Show us your game (or lack thereof). Join many of us out on the golf course hacking away at golf balls while we waive down the beer carts. Foursome will be arranged based on the year of graduation (or suspension) from FSU.
July 5th 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Celebration Dinner
Come and celebrate the past 35 years of Chi Phi on FSU's campus as part of the semi-formal banquet at the University Center (at Doak Cambell Stadium). A coctail hour will begin at 6:00 PM, followed by a sit down dinner. An opportunity will be given for members to share memories with (or roast) fellows Chi Phi brothers and little sisters.
July 6th Noon until 6:00 PM Family Picnic
On Saturday, we ask that you bring the whole family for fun and a fine BBQ at the park. We will have lots of games and prizes for everyone.
July 6th 8:00 PM - ? Night out at Buddy Griffin's
An anniversary celebration would not be complete without a night at fellow alumnus Buddy Griffin's place. Buddy has kindly hosted this event for us int he past, and this year will be no different. So be prepared to tell even more stories (true or false - it just doesn't matter) and enjoy good food and good company.
July 7th Noon - 2:00 PM Sunday Brunch and Farewells
As is the case will all great events, Sunday will signal the close of this celebration. The Nu Delta Alumni Association is inviting everyone to stop by the fraternity house for a buffet brunch. This closing event will allow us a chance to exchange contact information and to say our goodbyes until we meet again!
