The Nu Delta Housing Corporation
is a non-profit organization established for the purpose of
maintaining the chapter's fraternity house located at 829 West
Pensacola Street in Tallahassee, Florida. Rent is collected from
the members living in the house each semester. The rent collected
is used to pay our principal, interest, mortgage, partial
utilities and general maintenance and upkeep. In addition to the
rent being collected, the Housing Corporation has set up the
Orders of Nu Delta Fund. This fund allows alumni to donate money
to the Housing Corporation to be used for house improvements and
build up an emergency reserve fund. The following Chi Phi Members
